We are excited to introduce Bethanne Lanteri, the newest member of the CxRA team, as Catering Director at the Brooklyn Museum.
With an extensive background in all things food (seriously…she has a degree in Culinary/Baking & Pastry/Food Service Management) Bethanne brings a lot to the table with 15 years of event catering experience.
Favorite thing about the Brooklyn Museum: The Beaux Arts Court is remarkable. It’s a timeless space that can be transformed in many different ways. The fact that this even exists in the heart of Brooklyn is amazing.
Most delish CxRA dish: The Small Bites (which I can make a meal out of)..The Sea and Spice station. I don’t even eat donuts but I love the Donut Cart and the donuts from Dough!
A pleasant surprise: Everyone is a team player from the sales team, to captains and butlers, to the chefs at Central Catering Kitchen. We all have one goal in mind and that is to make every event the best event possible. Everyone is willing to help out.
Getting personal: The beach is down the block from my house so I try to spend as much time there as possible year round. You can find me on the weekend either walking Eli (Boxer/Great Dane mix rescue pup) or riding my bike. I’m huge football fan (NY Giants season ticket holder for years!). If eating is a hobby, we go out a lot to new restaurants in the city.
Welcome to the team, Bethanne! And yes – Eating is most definitely a hobby!
