It pays to know people in high – literally – places! Our friends at 620 LOFT & GARDENS and THE WEATHER ROOM AT TOP OF THE ROCK (two of our favorite premiere venues) have let us in on an exciting seasonal tidbit.
Over 260 egg sculptures will be displayed at Rockefeller Center as the finale of the city-wide Faberge Big Egg Hunt. The egg sculptures have been hidden at various locations throughout the five boroughs since April 1st; however the exhibit at Rockefeller Center is the first time all of the eggs will be “nested” together.
The eggs, including one-of-a-kind sculptures from Jeff Koons, Zaha Hadid, Tracey Emin, Peter Beard, RETNA, Julian Schnabel, and Leo Villareal, among others, will be on display throughout Rockefeller Plaza (49th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues), until April 25th.
Up to the minute egg hunt updates can be found on Twitter @TheBigEggHuntNY and @RockCenterNYC. Join the conversation by using #TheBigEggHuntNY and #RockCenter.
