On Tuesday, December 2nd Restaurant Associates held its annual Innovation Summit at a CxRA Premier Venue, the Prince George Ballroom, showcasing the latest and greatest company concepts for corporate catering.
The CxRA Lounge, designed in collaboration with the ever extraordinary Cait & Jules, offered guests a hip respite from the bustling Summit floor. Located just off the showroom, guests were drawn in by tranquil lighting, plush white couches, a signature CxRA bar and a Chips & Mist counter.
Butlers maneuvered the room with made-to-order Mazemen Ramen Bowls in combos like bacon, egg and kale; lobster tempura; and Asian eggplant ragu while a one of a kind Vegetable Cart held court with brilliantly hued purple cauliflower, mushrooms, yellow carrots, Brussels sprouts, and candycane beets each accompanied by a perfectly paired dip. To satisfy those sporting a sweet tooth, sea salt caramel cakes, kaffir lime pudding and cara cara granita were passed.
