Though crudité dishes have long been a staple at parties from apartment gatherings of five to museum galas of 5,000, there’s not a whole lot of enthusiasm surrounding raw veggies and dip, right? Wrong!
We’re thrilled to introduce the latest in vegetation innovation: The Edible Garden. A unique and beautiful presentation of Heirloom Crudo in Edible Dirt (made from ground Pumpernickel Bread Crumbs, of course) and served with individual shots of Sauce Verte and Roasted Red Pepper (no double dipping here!).
We can’t wait to see this display sprouting up at events around the city!
