With an impressive restaurant roster – and a lifetime in the food industry – under his belt, Tim leads CxRA as a very hands-on head chef.  Tim oversees all aspects of CxRA including sales, marketing, service and design.  Tim’s passion for quality, consistency and creativity has inspired such innovations as the Central Catering Kitchen, a production hub where CxRA fine-tunes each and every dish.  Tim lives in Montclair with his wife and daughters (whose friends always materialize in force on the nights he’s cooking).

Mary has always traveled in the name of good food: after earning a Grand Diplôme from the esteemed Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne, she toured with French chefs from the school, organizing classes and demonstrations and translating them into English. As CxRA’s Director of Catering Sales, she founded the central catering sales team and staffing services department and led hospitality catering for the US Tennis Open and several PGA tours. As CxRA’s catering sales division lead, she continues to travel, scouting fresh venue opportunities nationwide.

Jose’s career in the industry began with his debut as a server at TGI Fridays. After a brief interruption (read: an 18-year acting career), he joined CxRA in Los Angeles as a catering butler. Rising to Captain, then Director of Service, he then transferred to New York, where he served as Director of Catering at Lincoln Center for a decade. He spent a year consulting in Mexico before rejoining CxRA as Director of Event Sales and Catering at the corporate office. Today, as design director, he oversees CxRA’s aesthetics down to the finest detail.

A Jersey girl, foodie, and former financial analyst, Nicole’s first catering gig was an entire business of her own. After graduating from Cornell’s Hotel School, she joined CxRA as controller, later moving into sales and then operations as the F&B Director of the Central Catering Kitchen. After serving as the GM of Taste Caterers, working in Catering Sales with Union Square Hospitality Group, and working as a freelance F&B consultant, she rejoined CxRA in 2012, where she’s responsible for staffing logistics and service standards across the region.
