Why limit a once in a lifetime experience to only one night? In the spirt of true family tradition, this beautiful couple tied the knot over the course of seven extraordinary nights, culminating in a formal, black-tie dinner catered by CxRA in The Edna Barnes Salomon Room of the New York Public Library. And boy, did they go out with a bang!
Keeping it elegant with a taste of trendy flair, the bride and groom chose to serve their all-time favorite foods in a totally unique way. For the main course a team of chefs and servers appeared in the center of the Salomon Room with 12 carts laden with the couple’s favorite dishes:
Filet of Beef Cooked in Argentinean Churrasco Style Carved by Chefs with Chimichurri Sauce and Roasted Corn on the Cob
Charred Branzino Filet with Herbs, Lemon, and Olive Oil with Rosemary Potatoes
Jamaican Jerk Chicken with Spicy Jerk Sauce, Jamaican Rice, and Green Garden Peas
With the addition of family style vegetables and fire roasted herb flatbreads, the relaxed dining style coupled with the chic elegance of the venue rendered guests simultaneously enamored and at ease. Needless to say, it was an unforgettable night for everyone involved.
In the words of the bride and groom, “Thank you for making our night so memorable! Thank you for making our dream menu come to life! The food, the service and overall experience was absolutely spectacular! People couldn’t stop raving about it.”
And to them, we say, thank you for letting us be a part of these spectacular nights!
